I was looking through my feedreader this morning (I subscribe to all the sites on the Mona Lisa) and saw that one of the sites on the Mona Lisa Million had a link to a good cause so I thought I’d mention it here too.
The good cause in question is Cancer Research. I’ve already written on this site about Cancer Research, so it’s a great to be able to revisit and publicise the charity for a second time.
Mummy Mad over at The Mad House highlighted a talented and creative blogger named Abby who makes the most marvellous Teddy Bears. Bubs Bears is where Abby showcases her beautiful handmade teddy bears and it’s one of these bears she’s raffling. You can visit Abby’s personal blog Mutterings from the Moor to keep up to date with the progress of this cracking raffle raising money for Cancer Research.
Abby started out by raffling one of her fabulous bears but over time other talented people have donated their beautiful creations to make the raffle even more special than it was before.
So far Abby and friends have raised £190 (GBP) of the £200 target, but any help in the final push would be appreciated.

Update:
The target of £200 (GBP) for the raffle has been met and exceeded. The total is currently £225 but the raffle isn’t due to be drawn until 23rd May and the prizes are so seriously good you might want to take a look.

I second what MummyMad said, thanks so much for spreading the word. We have now raised over the £200 target, but still have a month before we draw the raffle, so I’m hoping we raise even more
