Why people will talk

Well, the spectacular aim of this project is to raise $1 million of which 25% will be donated to good causes.

• One Million Dollars is a huge target to aim for, and if we get anywhere close to raising $1million, there’ll be plenty of interest in what we’re doing.

• Donations to good causes – Every month the readership of this site will have the opportunity nominate and then vote for the cause to benefit from the 25% donation. This is a real chance to do something amazing for a cause that’s close to your heart.

• Plus there’s the Mona Lisa herself… probably the most famous painting in the world.Every month on Google there are an estimated half a million searches for the Mona Lisa. That’s 500,000 a month! Wouldn’t it be amazing if some of those searchers came to see your site featured here?!

So how does it work?

You sponsor a section of my million pixel Mona Lisa image and I’ll link your section to your site.

I’ll also mention you in one of my daily blog posts as I update the progress of the project – and I’ll be sure to shout about you on Twitter to my 4000 (and rising) followers.

And it gets even better… I invite all sponsors to be featured in a dedicated post.

You can either submit a guest/promo to suit your own needs as Vilate did when she wrote about her cloth diapers business or you can respond to a questionnaire and I’ll build a post from your answers.

To provide a way to keep your featured post visible, readers will be able vote on your post and and those with the highest number of votes will be highlighted in the sidebar. [This feature is not yet active]
