What a very enjoyable first week I’ve had here at Mister Good Guy!
The concept and the website have been five weeks in the making but this was my first week of being ‘on air’.
Five sections of the Mona Lisa Million have already been taken, and five more are going free.
The site in terms of design and layout is not finished yet but I didn’t want to delay any longer. I knew right from the start the early days and weeks would be quiet, so I figured I’d be losing little by just getting going.
I’ve used the time to get on to Twitter and start following old friends I haven’t seen for months. If you want to find me there, I’m MisterMonaLisa
As it turns out, one of my oldest friends, Julie, who writes Random Meanderings, was the first to comment here. That was a real surprise but a very welcome one.
Julie was a fantastic supporter and cheerleader when I first started out blogging two years ago I don’t think I ever really said thank you. So, Thank You Julie.

Over the weekend I’m going to write to the people I linked to on the Friendly Flowers image and invite them submit 150 words with a banner in the same way as the Mona Lisa Million.

Next week I’ll continue to develop the site in terms of layout and navigation but the biggest factor has to be getting people to the site.
I’m not going to be shy in asking for help, stumbles, links etc. I’m passionate about making this a success story and I hope you’ll help me to do it.
