Happy Wimbledon Wednesday!!
As evidenced by the picture some people will do anything to get attention, even strip naked and parade their hairy nether regions around famous sporting venues.
I so badly want to make a joke about this picture but I shall resist.
The point is you don’t need to get naked in front of a crowd to get noticed, you can leave it to other people to shout about you – and that’s what I’m doing here.
Over this last week I’ve enjoyed spreading the word about the sites on the Mona Lisa. I’ve had fun tweeting your association with Mister Good Guy and the Mona Lisa Million project, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being able to retweet some of your own articles as the pop up in my feed reader.
I still desperately want to realise the full potential of this project and start supporting good causes with donations, but before that can happen I need more people to get involved and buy sections of the big Mona Lisa picture.
If you know someone who would benefit from this kind of exposure (if you’ll pardon the dreadful pun), please send them my way.
OK, so back to the caption competition that isn’t a caption competition… please feel free to leave a witty remark, but do keep in mind that out and out filth will get deleted on account of this being a reputable establishment. A little cheeky fun (another bad pun, sorry) would be welcome, but nothing too explicit.
Just ask yourself whether your grandma would be offended before you hit the enter key!
