Hi, it was great yesterday to get back to promoting your websites.
I got myself back on Twitter and mentioned yesterday’s sites MummyTips and Thinly Spread and was delighted when Sian @MummyTips and Chris @ChristineMosler retweeted my message. It reminded me of what it is I’m trying to achieve for the sponsors of this project.
I was also delighted when Sian, Chris and Kirsten @CheekyMonkey8 asked whether I had a badge to place on their sites. Maybe most people wouldn’t think that’s a big deal, but I do. When people are offering you a space on their blog or website it’s a huge deal and a great honour. Thank you all.
I haven’t got a badge (yet). Although I would point out that Strawberry at Mazda Madness created a badge for Mister Good Guy and has been displaying it in her sidebar for ages! Thanks Strawberry!
What I would really love is to have a selection of badges to offer, so perhaps if you’re talented in that way you might consider knocking one up for me? I’ll put a page together displaying them and crediting you. I think that would be a fun thing to do.
Anyway, before I get carried away here, allow me to introduce Is There A Plan B? and Give A Brick to you.
Is There A Plan B?
Harriet:
“I’m a married mum of three daughters. L is just 3 and S and A are identical (monochorionic for those in the know) twins aged 18 months. Once upon a time I was a lawyer in London, trying to juggle a busy working life with three very demanding girls (and their father, who occasionally likes me to actually talk to him, rather than just grunting in his general direction), and after quite a lot of soul searching I am now a full-time mum.”

Give a Brick
Give a Brick:
“Give A Brick is the people’s charity, empowering ordinary, kind hearted people like you to give in whatever way they can, be it love, time or money, to bring a smile to the face of another person. We’re on a mission to change the way this world does charity. We have no paid staff. Everything is done in the name of love.”

Harriet & Give A Brick (El Edwards), welcome! And thank you for being part of this!
At the end of this month I’d like to donate a load of money to the good causes that we’re voting for here. There are five good causes and each of them will receive a cash donation. The cause with the most votes will receive 60% of the donation fund and the others will receive 10%.
The donation fund is created by donating 25% of your sponsorship fee. If you would like to sponsor a section of the Mona Lisa you can find out what you get for your sponsorhip, or you could go directly to see what sponsorship deals are on offer.
Please spread the word and help me to find genuine people with genuine sites who would love to be associated with this project and enjoy some promotion into the bargain.
See you again tomorrow with news of more new sites.

YES! I want a badge! I’m totally not talented and creative, so I hope someone takes it upon themselves to make one
